Angelia lives in the Fort Worth area with her family, including her rather mischievous zoo crew comprised of two dogs and two cats. As the daughter of a Vietnam Veteran who served 20 years in the Air Force, Angelia has lived in seven other states before moving to Texas in 1998. Fort Worth has become home.

Admittedly, Angelia qualifies not only as a nerd but also as a geek. As a child, she used to hide under the covers with a flashlight to keep reading when she was supposed to be sleeping. Along with having a love for reading, Angelia finds great satisfaction in researching, writing, creating, exploring new software, and learning new skills. Her inner homebody is happiest spending quiet time at home, and she has somehow become designated as an introverted extrovert.

Angelia was born into an entrepreneurial family. Her grandmother owned a ceramic shop, while her grandfather had an automotive repair shop. Her sister makes high-end jewelry she sells locally and in her Etsy store. Angelia’s dad is the handiest man she knows; at 85 years young he is still making parts for machinery and continues to sell a little woodworking as well.

Naturally, the entrepreneurial bug bit Angelia before she even graduated high school. Over the years, she has owned both brick and mortar businesses and online businesses, chronicling countless lessons and experiences in her own database of sorts.

Angelia graduated from the University of North Texas in Denton with degrees in history, anthropology, sociology, and English. Angelia then went on—while fighting cancer and teaching high school social studies and English full time—to earn her master’s degree in Public Relations Management, as well as her MBA, from the University of Maryland.

As much as Angelia loved teaching, she couldn’t shake the nagging entrepreneur sitting on her shoulders—sometimes with horns and other times a halo—interrupting her thoughts, keeping her awake at night, and imposing on her quiet time with fantastic new ideas about how to help other entrepreneurs! Perhaps there was a way to teach and be an entrepreneur? This leads us to how ADRA Media was born…

Angelia began building websites and dipping her toes into the seemingly treacherous waters of online marketing over two decades ago. Shhhhhhhhh. Her mom says it’s rude to ask a lady her age, so let’s not get too caught up on those decades!

It all started with people saying they could build her a website when they could not. Then it was the infamous $10K website the design company spewed excuses about for months without ever delivering. Thus, Angelia took matters into her own hands and set out to build her website.

Little did she know the amount of work she was undertaking, or that there is SO MUCH MORE to being relevant online than simply having a chunk of digital real estate called a website.

She soon realized she had to learn search engine optimization, how to generate traffic, how to protect sites from hackers—and fix hacked sites when elite hackers are so stealthy, they bypass security programming—how to manage social media, how to advertise, and the boring list goes on and on.

Angelia invested a lot of time, effort, and money to learn all that techy magic over the years. That’s not something the typical business owner has the time or desire to delve into, which is why ADRA Media has evolved from an insignificant side hustle to a full-blown DIGITAL AGENCY that is here to deliver needs-based, tailored solutions to the problems plaguing small business owners daily.

Angelia went out on a limb. She believes her professionalism, attention to detail, in-depth knowledge, relationship-building skills, servant’s heart, and years of studying and implementing various tools and systems, combined with her MBA and PR Management master’s are the GOLDEN TICKETS businesses will always be looking for.

Born in Louisiana, Riley’s family moved to Texas early on, so she has been a Texan most of her life. She currently lives in the Fort Worth area. Her family boasts many members who were/are employed in education and nursing. It is no wonder Riley fills her cup by helping others.

Much of Riley’s work has been centered on healthcare, from working as a phlebotomist to taking care of elderly patients with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Spending long hours with people wise from all their years, Riley has seen a great deal and heard many a tale.

In working with the elderly, discussions of regrets are bound to come up from time to time. One of the most common regrets people have shared with Riley is working so hard that they miss out on time with loved ones.

Such discussions have certainly helped spur her desire to not only be self-employed but also to help other entrepreneurs be successful as well.

Another area where Riley has developed strong skills is customer care. Since some of ADRA Media’s packages include automated lead generation and appointment setting, her suave demeanor has been key in our client training efforts. If you have the good fortune to be trained in the system ADRA teaches for closing more leads, you will see for yourself.

In her free time, Riley enjoys movies, spending time with family—especially her children and grandchildren—and close friends, as well as getting outdoors to soak up the sun (vitamin D for the win).

She is a nature lover for sure; if you like to fish, you might even bump into her at your favorite fishing hole.

Additionally, Riley loves to volunteer her time to help the less fortunate. Some of her favorite volunteer duties have been peer counseling and feeding the homeless.

Regarding what makes Riley tick, nourishing her creative aspirations and allowing herself to “get lost in thought” both play large roles.

Riley is always learning and growing. This can be seen in her remarkable knack for staying abreast of current trends in the marketplace and helping devise methods that will help other entrepreneurs grasp up-and-coming techniques, systems, and underutilized avenues to gain a competitive edge in their niches.

Thinking outside the box and looking for fresh, creative ideas is certainly a forte for Riley. She is quite artistic, which comes in handy in this line of work. Designing eye-catching logos and other graphics is a fantastic use of her creative ingenuity.

Riley knew jumping in as a cofounder of ADRA Media would be challenging, but she also believes in the unlimited opportunities for other people to realize their dreams when they lock arms with ADRA Media to grow their businesses. Her love of helping others was vital to her decision to jump in with both feet and ask questions later.
